Heights up to 10' 0" and a minimum 33" sidelite (for clearance) is required. This minimum opening space will still allow you to keep the required ADA requirements that are necessary.
Installation can be achieved by either throating the wall or by using the Alumaglide wall start system. Two wall sizes are readily available
4-7/8" and 5-0/0".
Vertical mullions and horizontal muntins may also be added to the Alumaglide system to achieve a specific look.
Narrow, medium and wide stile aluminum doors are readily available with the Alumaglide system. The Alumaglide sliding door system will also accommodate wood doors.
Hardware options like locks, pull handles and glass pre installed on the doors, adds to the service and simplicity of ordering and shipping everything from one location.
